The finely structured 240 g/m² piqué fabric ensures top-notch printing and embroidery results. Stylish details such as a reinforced collar and cuffs support a clean look in use. What are the differences between different printing methods?
Different printing methods are suitable for different purposes, materials, and budgets. Therefore, we always recommend the best option on a case-by-case basis – but here is a brief overview of the differences, so you know what it's about:
Screen Printing
In screen printing, the ink is applied directly to the product through a mesh screen. It is very durable and works best for large batches and simple designs with a few colors. The result is long-lasting and high-quality, but it can be more expensive for multi-color or small batches.
Heat Transfer
In heat transfer, the design is first printed onto a transfer material and then applied to the product using a heat press. This allows for precise details and multi-colored designs without high initial costs. The method is suitable for small batches and complex designs, but it is not as durable as screen printing.
Embroidery
In embroidery, the design is stitched directly onto the fabric with thread. This gives the product a premium feel and is very durable for washing and use. It is especially suitable for logos and simple designs, but not ideal for large or highly detailed designs.
